Replacement Boat Windows & Marine Glazing Solutions

At DDP Workshop, we supply custom replacement boat windows, hatch windows, and deck hatches and boat dashboards panels, using high-quality clear, solid, or tinted Perspex® and other durable materials. Manufactured in-house, our service offers a cost-effective alternative to glass, with added strength and long-lasting performance.

Why Choose Acrylic or Polycarbonate?

• Acrylic (Perspex®, Acryglas):

  • Up to 10x stronger than glass

  • UV and weather-resistant

  • Retains clarity over time

  • 92% light transmission – higher than most glass

  • Low moisture absorption and resistant to most chemicals

• Polycarbonate:

  • Up to 200x stronger than glass

  • Ideal for ultra-tough applications

  • Available in various thicknesses for added insulation

Shaping & Finishing

We offer CNC routing, laser cutting, and in-house shaping for custom windows.
Gentle curves can often be achieved by flexing acrylic to fit (depending on thickness).
Note: we offer acrylic bending but do not offer large curve drape forming.

Maintenance

Easy to clean with warm soapy water and a microfibre cloth—no special treatments required.
